Vii Dohtem Ltd is recalling the following product as a precautionary measure following microbiological testing.

Use-by date: 26 January 2026
Batch: VDG-260109

Product: Vii Bloom Gravlax
Use-by date: 02 Feb 2026
Batch: VBG-260120

Routine microbiological testing identified the presence of Listeria monocytogenes at very low levels. As a precaution, affected products have been withdrawn from sale.

No other batches or products are affected.

If you have purchased this product and still have it in your possession, please do not consume it and contact us for further advice.

We are working closely with Wiltshire Council and have reviewed and strengthened our food safety controls.
