We dispatch our smoked and cured goods twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays, using DPD’s next-day delivery service.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed with care, not haste, so we need at least 24 hours to prepare your package. That means:

Order by Sunday night for dispatch on Monday
Order by Wednesday night for dispatch on Thursday

We don’t offer same-day dispatch, and we don’t send parcels on Fridays, chilled products and weekends don’t mix well.

Why only Mondays and Thursdays?

We use DPD’s 24-hour service to ensure your order arrives fast and fresh. But if you’re not in, DPD will try again the next day, which is fine Tuesday to Friday, but risky over a weekend. So we avoid Friday dispatches entirely to keep your order in peak condition.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

DPD offer excellent tracking. If you include your mobile number at checkout, you’ll receive SMS updates with your delivery window and options to reschedule or leave in a safe place.

Cold Chain & Packaging

Our products are delivered chilled and packed to stay cold in transit. You’ll find full details on our Packaging page, including how to store your goods on arrival.

Holiday Closures

We still accept orders during holiday periods, but please note:
No dispatches will be made between 22 December and 5 January.
We’ll always update this page in advance of any other seasonal closures.
