We’re Almost There...
We’re not quite open yet but we’re very close.
This weekend we fired up the smokehouse for our first full commercial run, and the results were 🔥🔥🔥.
Our smoked salmon is already superb, firm-fleshed, deep-flavoured, rich with real oak smoke. But we’re not here for “pretty good”, we’re here for flawless. A few final tweaks, a bit of extra refinement, and we’ll be ready to serve you something truly exceptional.
